This project examines two sets of personal footage I stumbled upon unintentionally—footages never meant to be shared, but inadvertently passed on through an eBay transaction. Though private in nature, they were recorded with intention, and their accidental circulation turns them into this work. I’m interested in the tension between intention and exposure, privacy and permanence, and the affect when something intimate is discovered by chance.
